The dusk of old our day is marked by the dawn of yellow little orange Sun, kissing the new day, Good Morning! Quite unfamiliar but not to the sleepless owls of the bright night life.  The day rather the human night goes sound as the strife continues to better the previous one and there is this inevitable thing called professionalism that compels one to live and be lived. It is quite amazing to see how humans have accepted the attack onto their social lives and yet smile the day out with little dark patches of skin below their eyes. In one way its their maturity to adapt to the requisite of time, though be it waging the war against biological the clocks of mother nature. Forget about sleep, even there is no time to sit and worry as every our night is a day to learn lessons and lessons are lessons be it learnt out of the day or by night. By every woken the hour, skills of survival are learnt and the skins just get thicker and thats dexterity. BREAK is a five lettered word to heaven, and escape to heaven is only far as to where it reads “canteen” or the cancerous “smoker’s zone”! If you are at the heights of positivity, lessons of life are served and fed at the canteen as well, where they demonstrate how an outsourced vendor should not service their poor money paying customers. While we breathe the jargons of our blessed life, our concerns are but not restricted to AHT, quality, team huddle, metrics, manager, girlfriends, boyfriends, up selling, cross selling, dollars, fyi’s, fyki’s, fyia’s, salt biscuit, tea, strong tea, PROMOTIONs, coffee, strong coffee, goals, salary, night sleep, day job, marriage, family, parents, child, children………oh the list continues and if i have to continue typing, i need to have a paid account with WordPress (for they charge for anything beyond 5GB)  we smile and as ever would continue to smile our hurdles out, for we are the people who live active at night and the place we live and love, that’s call center….oops!!! may i please place you on hold? i am next on the queue….!
